Diana Duncan, team leader of The Duncan Gals, is one of the most recognized real estate professionals in the Edmond and Oklahoma City markets. Licensed in both Oklahoma and Colorado, she is a consistent multimillion-dollar producer known for her ability to connect with people, communicate clearly and guide clients confidently through every stage of a real estate transaction.

Before entering real estate, Diana worked for AT&T, managing large-scale projects and teams around the world. Her corporate experience—and her own experience with relocation—gives her a valuable understanding of the complexities involved in moving for work, from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspectives.

As a certified luxury home specialist, Diana brings extensive market knowledge and an elevated level of service to buyers and sellers of distinctive properties. Her approach is grounded in genuine relationships, thoughtful guidance and a belief that meaningful goals are possible when paired with commitment and hard work.

Born in Oklahoma, Diana has called the Oklahoma City and Edmond area home for more than 25 years and also enjoys spending time at her home in Colorado. Her passion for houses extends well beyond real estate. When she is not working with clients, she can often be found helping with a remodel, selecting the perfect paint color or fabric, or searching an estate sale for a one-of-a-kind treasure.
