The Duncan Gals are by far the best realtors I have ever used. We relocated to OKC and Diana and her daughters were so helpful when we knew no one. We relocated to OKC and Diana and her daughters were so helpful when we knew no one. They did more than show us houses, they hosted a coffee to help us meet people in the neighborhood and get plugged into schools. After we found a home they kept going and helped negotiate new office space for my company. And they do more than just sell you a house. They can help make it a home. They showed us fabrics and options, helped us buy most of our furniture and even met the delivery guys when we were still out of state. They are honest and trustworthy and will always go above and beyond.Read more

Lindsay did an excellent job! She went above and beyond every step of the way. Her knowledge and her attention to detail were so helpful as she helped us shop for a new home. Once we found out dream home, she was an expert in negotiations. She’ll definitely be our realtor next time too!

Great Experience! We would recommend working with this group, very timely and very professional. Very impressive negotiation skills and always had their client in mind during every step of the process. While we only used this group to sell our house, we would definitely request working with this group if we ever had another opportunity to buy a house.

They helped us find our perfect home in April of 2020 and sell it in October of 2022, after we were relocated for work. The Duncan girls are personable, relatable, responsive and all around enjoyable to work with. Diana worked hard to make sure we got the right price and quickly (less than 24hrs on the market, after interest rate price increases). I would 100% recommend the Duncan Girls to buy or sell your home. Seriously, stop looking at other agents, you found your dream team here!Read more

Diana Duncan, and her team of Laura and Lindsay, are exceptional representatives for both buyers and sellers and my "go to" for referrals to Edmund and surrounding areas. Not only do they focus on the details to meet the goals of their clients (the closing table) but they are a pleasure to work with.

Lindsay Duncan is the absolute best. She is not afraid to give her honest opinion on homes, options and potential which is something we appreciated more than anything. She is not afraid to give her honest opinion on homes, options and potential which is something we appreciated more than anything. Her knowledge of the market and the proper way to handle decisions is so professional. You can see all of her hard work, respect and training through the way she communicates with other realtors, clients and everyone involved in the process of buying or selling a home. Not only was she amazing, but her team of lenders, inspectors, roofers & anyone you might need to close a deal or obtain truthful information, are all top tier. Without a doubt, I trust her and anyone she refers without a second thought. We love her dearly and are so appreciative that she helped us find our forever home.Read more
